Thank you!

A big thank you to everyone who came along to our Easter Service on Sunday — what a lovely day it was! The sun was shining, the lambs in the pen were a big hit, and the children had great fun with the traditional egg rolling.

We were treated to a thoughtful and engaging service led by David Bartholomew, with beautiful organ music from Eileen Cawthorne in the Kirk.

Afterwards, it was great to gather in the hall for tea, a chat, and plenty of hot cross buns.
Thanks to your generosity, we raised a fantastic £275 towards the upkeep of Balmaghie Kirk. Your continued support is truly appreciated.

We hope to see you at our next event on Sunday 4th May at 2pm in the Kirk for a fascinating talk by Alastair Dinsmore MBE, curator of the Glasgow Police Museum, on the story of Inspector Robert Johnstone, who is buried in Balmaghie graveyard and was tragically shot by the IRA in Glasgow in 1921.
Thank you again for your continued support and generosity and we hope to see you soon
